By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to the requirements outlined by the Islamic Center, including the presence of both bride and groom, the Wali (guardian), and two Muslim male witnesses at the Nikah ceremony. I acknowledge that the Nikah will be conducted in accordance with Islamic principles and that the Islamic Center does not issue or register civil marriage licenses. I accept responsibility for obtaining a legal marriage license from the County Clerk’s office prior to the Nikah and understand that the Islamic Center is not liable for any legal matters arising from this marriage.
